This part of the site is going to be a training and nutrition Diary Log of my (Brandon’s) Bodybuilding Contest Prep.

I will try and put out weekly blog posts that just goes more into HOW and WHY I am doing this. Topics will include:

  • Nutrition:

    • Macros and Meals as they change throughout the prep

    • My personal preferences and why they work for ME

  • Training:

    • How I change my variables over time for Prep

  • Mindset:

    • The philosophy that I’ve taken on this journey and how I get through the hard days

  • Other Variables:

    • Little nuances about my routine that normally aren’t talked about: ex. sleep routine, my day job, life stressors/events
